Held since 2020, Influential Women in Canadian Agriculture (IWCA) and the IWCA Summit provide valuable discussions on balance, communication and leadership. Our live, virtual format allows those working in all facets of agriculture to join in from any environment, ask questions and learn from the best.

Speaker: Andrea Gal of Farm Management Canada.Much has been said about the experience of women in farming, but little has been measured. Andrea will share insights from groundbreaking new research that sheds light on the unique experiences of farm women while drawing on her personal experience in managing her family farm. She will discuss the challenges farm women continue to face and highlight opportunities to foster a transformative shift in the industry to empower Canada’s farm women.
